"Cows" milk important to even martians?

There truly seems to be an emphasis on cows and the spine!

But why you may ask? Because they desperately need cows to 
keep their  bones strong!  But without cows, their bones probably are not as strong as they used to be!  Notice the emphasis on
bones, or I should say the spine. But the "spine" is strongly emphasized and so are "cows" and so are the appearances of
​damaging debris.  Notice how cows are emphasized in the lower segmented sculpture, and above them you can see a spine. 

This to me, truly seems to be a sculpture-display-meaning of the need for "milk" or vitamin D etc! And that they lost that addition to their diet when they lost their cows in extreme antiquity when the surface of mars was destroyed and their atmosphere was obliterated!
